WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Shipping is usually made in 1 – 3 days. Custom orders will be determined prior to order or as stated in the listing.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Most small items ship via Canada Post Small Packet which is the most economical way to shipping. Please note that Small Packet does not include tracking or insurance and I am not responsible for items that are lost or broken during shipping.
Larger display items are shipped via Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel and include tracking and insurance.
SHIPPING TIMES (EXCLUDING CUSTOMS)
Canadian destinations – The estimated shipping time once your item is mailed is about 5-7 business days.
U.S. destinations – The estimated shipping time once your item is mailed is about 7-14 business days. Any duties and taxes imposed by your country will be your responsibility to pay. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me for various shipping alternatives and I will investigate the cost for you.
Cross Border Custom Fees are the responsibility of the

Please expect delays during this time as our Postal Systems (Canadian and American) are dealing with larger than normal volumes of mail, larger items taking two workers, Covid-19 illness and social distancing at work.
Please check your DELIVERY ADDRESS carefully. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. If there is anything above that is unclear, send me a quick message and I’ll get back to you ASAP.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
ARE SALES FINAL?
YES & NO. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item to discuss the return. Custom orders & items on Sale are not refundable.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM?
Returns are to be made within 7 days of receipt of the item and must be in their original packaging.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Once the item is received and if in the same condition as shipped, a refund will be issued within 2 business days.
IS SHIPPING REFUNDABLE?
NO – Shipping is non-refundable and you are responsible to pay all shipping costs.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
Do not return items without contacting me first to discuss any issues you may have and to see if a return is a right solution. The item(s) are to be returned in their original packaging and in resell condition.
Earrings will have a $5 repackaging fee to cover the cost to replace the ear wires.
Returned items must be in the original packaging and unworn or used. You are responsible to ensure the item for loss or damage.
