Hand Forged and Painted Copper Trinket - Ring Dish

This lovely unique one-of-a-kind SGRAFFITO enamelled dish has been cut from sheet copper, then hand-forged into a bowl. The "#Here" abstract design is hand-drawn into the enamel before torch firing and the technique is known as Sgraffito. After the initial drawing and firing, I hand-painted to highlight the detail of the drawings then torch fired once again to fuse the glass to the metal.

Copper dishes are traditional 7th-anniversary gifts. The dish can be used as an offering bowl or for rings, trinkets, coins, potpourri or just to admire the beautiful colours and design in your home decor.
