Returns and Exchanges
Returns: We generally do not accept returns on jewelry due to the personalized nature of our products. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If warranted, you may exchange an item for a store credit. The item must be in its original, unused condition and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.
No exchanges or returns for custom products.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
